I do not know George IV of United Kingdom but I would like to comment on what can be observed on this image.
The aura of the person depicted represents arrogance of style, yet the smile mellows the negative impact of arrogance such that you can almost respect and accept the pride projected on the whole image.
The whole color spectrum also represents that of unveiled royal highness and also of that timeless stature which can be applied to any honorable person that lived the earth. I am sure he is a famous person in the United Kingdom’s hierarchy, but nonetheless, my comment is based on my lack of knowledge in European history.
